Skills & Job Description

Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and strategic priorities. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in advanced Excel and expertise in digital tools to enhance efficiency across various business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare detailed reports and data analysis using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Maintain trackers for purchases, sales (categorized by verticals), and other business metrics.

Team Coordination and Task Management:

- Maintain and monitor a comprehensive to-do list for all six departments: Finance, Production, Regulatory, HR & Admin, Sales & Marketing and Purchase.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines across departments.

Digital Tools Management:

- Efficiently utilize tools like Shopify, CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, HRMS, influencer marketing and OneDrive for managing tasks and projects.
- Handle social media accounts and coordinate online strategies.

Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring clear communication..

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

- Maintain SOPs for all departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and resolve non-compliance issues.
