Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 5–8 years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Responsibility :

1. Ensure smooth functioning of the Design Department with proper allocation of given resources.
2. Monitor and achieve KRAs related to Design.
3. Prioritize tablet and tooling design requests and handle resource allocation effectively.
4. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, production, development team) to ensure design alignment.
5. Analyze customer feedback, complaints, production gaps, and improve on designs.
6. Provide Monthly MIS.
7. Assist the senior management in planning and executing production and operations strategies.
8. Coordinate between departments (Design, Production, Quality, Sales) for smooth workflow.
9. Monitor daily production targets, timelines, and quality standards.
10. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
11. Maintain compliance with ISO standards, safety norms, and customer requirements.
12. Vendor coordination and inventory management for tools and raw materials.
13. Generate MIS reports and present operational performance updates.
14. Support the team in resolving technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
