Executive Secretary Cum Office & HR Administrator - Graduate (or ) Post Graduate degree from known university - Minimum Fifteen years of experience as ‘Executive Secretary’ with intensive involvement in ‘Office Administration & HR works’ in a reputed contracting company. - At least Six years Gulf experience is must (out of total experience) - Good Communication skills in English - Pleasing personality and ability of work under pressure - Responsibilities will include but not limited to following; - Executive Secretarial works (with Shorthand & High speed typing of Letters and emails ; handling of emails etc.) - Computers & Office Equipment Management (including coordination with local telecom services provider, namely BATELCO) - HR Related works - Ministry Licenses – Renewals etc. (Ministry of Works; Bahrain, Civil Defense; Electricity & Water Authority, Commercial Registration etc.) - Petty Cash Handling - Arrangement of Visit Visas of Different Countries & Air ticket & Hotel Booking (including LPO preparation) - Controlling Printing & Stationeries - Postage, Renewal of PO Box & Purchase of Stamp papers - Handling of Original Passports - Coordination for ISO - Office Cleanliness (including Plants, fish tanks etc.) - Salary shall be BD 500/- per month - Free furnished Accommodation with A/C + Once in 2 years air-ticket + Annual leave once in 2 years + Free Transportation + Free Medical Insurance etc. - Gratuity, Leave Salary as per Bahrain’s Labour Laws.
