Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff, ensuring timely and quality hires. - Partner with Principal, Academic Coordinators, and Department Heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives, building a strong talent pipeline. - Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with school culture and compliance standards. - Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards to track progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline effectiveness. Desired Skills - Strong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with ATS/recruitment systems and HR best practices. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and accuracy. Personal Attributes - Strong sense of integrity, fairness, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. - Empathetic and approachable personality, with the ability to connect with educators and staff. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proactive and solution-focused, able to work independently and in collaboration with diverse stakeholders. - High level of professionalism, patience, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment. Education & Qualifications - Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field required. - 4–6 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector. - Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the education sector, will be an advantage. Notice Period - Preference will be given to Women candidates who are immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15–20 days.
