We are a growing real estate company committed to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional value to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture
Coordinate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment and operations preferred)
Good understanding of HR policies, labor compliance, and payroll process
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment
