We are a growing real estate company committed to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional value to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture
- Coordinate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment and operations preferred)
- Good understanding of HR policies, labor compliance, and payroll process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment
