Position: Associate Program Manager - Retention

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2- 4 years

Key Responsibilities:.

- Campaign Management End-to-end ownership from campaign setup, execution, and analysis across Push, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Lifecycle Journeys Design and optimize automated journeys (welcome, upsell, inactivity, win-back, etc.) using A/B testing and cohort analysis.
- Segmentation & Personalization Use behavioral/transactional data to create micro-segments and deliver personalized campaigns at scale.
- Analytics & Reporting Track lifecycle KPIs (DAUs, retention, CTR, conversions, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product, Growth, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to align CRM campaigns with business goals.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar.

- Creative thinker with a growth-hustler attitude.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in consumer tech (travel, mobility, or e-commerce preferred).
