Job Title MS Dynamics CRM Architect Company Overview Mastek is a leading technology company specializing in delivering innovative solutions that align with our clients business strategies and goals We foster a collaborative and growth-focused environment for our employees helping them to pursue excellence in every project Mastek is an enterprise digital cloud transformation specialist that engineers excellence for customers across 40 countries including the UK Europe US Middle East Asia Pacific and India We help enterprises navigate the digital landscape and stay competitive by unlocking the power of data modernising applications and accelerating digital advantage for our customers Summary of the Role We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Architect with 10-15 years of expertise The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and align technology with their business strategies This role requires strong leadership robust technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure technology aligns with business strategy and goals Architect and manage MS Dynamics CRM implementations particularly in Customer Service modules Design and implement applications using Power Apps and Power Automate Integrate internal and external systems utilizing Azure APIM or similar middleware Oversee integration processes using Service Bus Logic Apps and Azure Functions Manage client communication expectations and task delegation Document high-level and low-level designs HLD LLD related to projects Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements NFR for the project Implement and manage configuration release and merging processes Lead mentor and motivate team members to ensure project success Required Qualifications Must-Have 10 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM Experience as an architect for at least two complete CRM implementations Proficient in managing client communication and expectations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team handling capabilities Ability to work both independently and in team settings Proficient in writing documentation related to technical specifications Nice-to-Have Experience in the Health Domain Certifications in MS Dynamics Power Platform Familiarity with continuous integration tools and techniques Demonstrated out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth Flexible work environment Additional Information Locations Open for candidates in Mumbai Pune Bangalore Noida Uttar Pradesh Ahmedabad Gujarat Chennai Tamil Nadu Contract Type Full-time Work Mode Onsite Shift Timing 2 00 PM to 11 00 PM IST
