D365 CRM Architect_Full-Time/ Subcon_Bangalore/Pune/Navi Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai Job Title: D365 CRM Architect Job Type: Full-Time/ Subcon Location: Bangalore/Pune/Navi Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai Experience: 15+ Years Job Description: D365 Solution Architect: * Overall 14+ years’ experience in implementing D365 CRM applications, must have experience of at least 3 end to end CRM implementations as an architect. * Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365* Strong functional understanding of D365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules * Strong hands-on development experience across Microsoft stack – D365, Power Platform, Azure, etc. * Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP. NET, Javascript, * SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Functions & Logic Apps, Power Apps and Flow etc. * Expertise in installing, administrating, deploying and troubleshooting of online as well as on-premise instances * Strong experience in data migration/integration using – SSIS, Power Query, Kings Way Soft etc * Experience with deployment of Dynamics CRM solution on hand-held devices (Tablets and Mobile), Outlook clients, O365 apps integration etc. * Experience with web development technologies used with the XRM platform such as React JS, JSON, WCF, o Data, j Query will be preferred * Must have working experience on Power Platform – canvas and model driven apps as well as flows. Also have understanding on Power Apps governance, DLP policies etc. * Excellent communication skills and should be able to interface with business and IT stakeholders * Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
