  • Operational Support for In Scope Customer IT Solution
  • Operational Support for integration In Scope Customer IT Solution and integration to defined endpoints of external systems (Customer and 3rd Party)
  • Small Enhancements for In Scope Customer IT Solution


  • Ensure availability of In Scope Customer IT Solution
  • Ensure stability of In Scope Customer IT Solution by QA / Testing
  • Ensure working integrations within and to/from In Scope Customer IT Solution
  • Operate smooth change and release management processes in line with Customer change management programme.
  • Deliver routine activities such as service requests, housekeeping and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the In Scope Customer IT Solution.
