About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Yard Operations Manager to oversee our 2W scooter inventory and yard processes across multiple cities. This role combines operational depth with strategic thinking, and you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline fleet movements and ensure availability at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control and manage 2W scooter inventory at yards across 7 cities.
- Design and implement SOPs for vehicle inbound, inspection, maintenance, outbound, and recovery.
- Ensure alignment of SOPs with management, legal, finance, and accounts.
- Drive compliance and quickly address on-ground blockers.
- Provide regular visibility and reports to stakeholders on fleet status.
- Act as a strong problem solver—get into operational details and implement long-term solutions for smooth yard operations.

What We're Looking For:

- 5–10 years of experience in Yard Management / Fleet Operations.
- Worked in OEMs or companies managing large-scale logistics operations.
- B.Tech/B.E is mandatory; MBA is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and operational rigor.
- Proficient in Excel and data management.
- Effective team leader with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable traveling and managing multi-location operations.
