Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Operations Intern to support our fast-paced and evolving learning initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate training logistics, curate technical content, and streamline operational processes to enable effective learning experiences across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Program Coordination: Manage the learning calendar, schedule sessions, block calendars, and send invites. - Training Ops: Coordinate internal training, share reminders, roll out feedback forms, and track learning hours. - Learning Analytics: Maintain and update training data; support basic feedback analysis and reporting. - Curriculum Research: Identify structured curriculums by service line and collate relevant free resources. - Content Development: Document internal processes and use them for curriculum mapping and gap analysis. - Upskilling Projects: Support technical learning initiatives by researching SME mentors and content partners. - Vendor Management: Liaise with Human Resource Management platforms for onboarding, integration, and vendor coordination. - Logistics & Setup: Handle training setup (mic, lights, camera), manage materials inventory, and circulate learning material. - L&D Communication: Design newsletters and drive program engagement. Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail. - Familiarity with learning Human Resource Management Systems is a bonus. - Strong research capabilities and ability to synthesize content effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite. - A proactive attitude and genuine interest in learning and people development.
