Job Description

Sales and Promotion

- Actively promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and businesses through direct sales and referrals.

Customer Assessment

- Evaluate customers financial profiles and recommend the most suitable vehicle loan products based on their needs and eligibility.

Application Support

- Guide customers through the entire loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected and verified.

Partner Collaboration

- Coordinate with automobile dealerships and vendors to facilitate loan processing and vehicle purchases.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with customers to provide status updates on loan applications and address queries promptly.

Target Achievement

- Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets as determined by the management team.

Compliance and Documentation

- Ensure all activities comply with relevant lending regulations and internal policies, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.

Reporting

- Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management.

Market Awareness

- Stay informed about current vehicle loan products, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions to customers.

Internal Coordination

- Work closely with underwriters, loan processors, and other internal teams to streamline loan approval and disbursement processes.
