Responsibilities: - Build Relationships: Engage and follow up with prospects to nurture trust and long-term connections. - Manage Complete Customer Lifecycle: Oversee the sales process from lead engagement to program enrollment. - Counsel Professionals: Recommend courses aligned with career goals via calls and emails. - Maintain Records: Use CRM tools to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
