The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a passion for helping learners make informed educational decisions while contributing to the organization's growth through effective sales and counseling strategies. Key Responsibilities - Counsel students on suitable academic and career paths through one-on-one or group sessions. - Conduct assessments to identify student strengths, interests, and development areas. - Provide detailed information on educational programs, courses, and admission procedures. - Develop personalized learning or career guidance plans for students. - Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure smooth onboarding and progress. - Support marketing and business development efforts by converting inquiries into enrollments. - Organize and facilitate workshops on study skills, time management, and career planning. - Maintain accurate student records, reports, and documentation. - Stay updated on educational trends, admission processes, and industry developments. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field. - 01 year of experience as an Education Counselor or in a similar customer-facing role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and listening abilities. - Goal-oriented with a proactive and empathetic approach. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setup.
