Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Gurugram. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for advising students on educational programs and admission processes, conducting informational sessions, handling inquiries, and providing customer service. Other tasks include promoting educational institutions and programs, assisting with enrollment, guiding students through the application process, and maintaining records of interactions and outcomes. Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills - Customer Service and Sales skills - Experience or knowledge in Education - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
