**Job Title: Student/Admission Counselor**

**Job Summary**: The Admission Counselor plays a crucial role in the recruitment and admission process of prospective students. The primary responsibility is to engage with potential students, provide information about the educational institution, guide them through the admission process, and assist in their transition to becoming enrolled students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Engagement**:

- Address inquiries related to academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and other relevant information.
- Build relationships with students to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
- **Admission Process**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline and improve the admission process.
- **Information Dissemination**:

- Disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about the institution, academic programs, admission policies, and other relevant details.
- Conduct informational sessions and presentations to groups of prospective students and their families.
- **Events and Recruitment**:

- Represent the institution at college fairs, recruitment events, and high school visits.
- Organize and participate in on-campus and virtual events to showcase the institution and attract potential students.
- **Data Management**:

- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with academic departments, financial aid offices, and other relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to prospective students.
- Work closely with other admission counselors to ensure a cohesive and effective recruitment strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and financial aid.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,144.99 per month
