Internship Role Description
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in both business development and marketing activities. You will assist the team in lead generation, market research, brand promotion, and customer engagement. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn how sales and marketing work together in a global B2B chemical export business.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads in domestic & international markets.
- Support outreach efforts through LinkedIn, emails, and calls.
- Assist in digital marketing activities content creation, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Contribute to market research on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client details.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade fair preparations.
- Track and report progress on lead generation and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelors/Masters in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, digital marketing, and global business development.
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Preferred Tools & Skills
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Email Marketing Tools, SEO/SEM basics.
- Exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Creative skills in Canva/Adobe Suite for content design are an added advantage.
