In order to support a sustainable, high/-volume, defect/-free coating process, the Paintshop Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role in integrated system health monitoring, predictive maintenance PdM on conveyance and robotic systems, and optimisation of energy/-intensive utility equipment. Desired Outcomes/: For crucial paint shop equipment, such as robots, atomisers, pumps, curing ovens, flash/-off zones, and conveyor systems, you will be in charge of creating and carrying out thorough Preventive and Predictive Maintenance PM/PdM schedules. Your proficiency in utility system balancing HVAC, air quality, water treatment, robotics programming modifications, PLC debugging, and quick breakdown recovery will be essential. You will use CMMS to manage spare parts, keep track of maintenance history, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives meant to minimise paint flaws, increase uptime, and guarantee tight adherence to safety and environmental rules.
