The role involves generating and nurturing leads, engaging with prospects to understand their learning needs, and presenting appropriate training solutions. The Inside Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide exemplary customer service, and convert leads into successful enrollments. Collaboration with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets is key to this role. Qualifications - Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and drive new business opportunities - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs - Experience in Sales, including managing pipelines and meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Familiarity with EdTech or certification training industries is a plus - Must be located in bangalore
