Job Role & Responsibil - ities:Team lead for Avaloq development team in CE-FO d - omain.Lead and guide the Avaloq development team in CE-FO domain through technical knowledge and functional expe - rtise.Lead and drive solution feasibility study/analysis, project effort sizing and ensure consistent and complete requirement and solution cov - erage.Act as a functional SME at specific areas relating to CE-FO domain and able to go deep into requirement/solution gaps with support from product archi - tects.Lead and drive implementation for projects at Build/Test/Go-Live s - tages.Translate, map and document business requirements from BRD to technical solution for delivery i - n FRS.Able to develop and review code ch - anges.Act as key lead in supporting various testing phases of the project as well as production issues if - arise.Support projects go - -live.Participate/support in regional and/or global pro jects. *CE-FO = Client Experience-Front Office Job Requirements/Exp - erience:University bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or - banking.At least 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Technolog - y space.At least 12 years of work experience in Avaloq core banking platform and financial banking industry understanding particularly in Wealth Management - domain.Avaloq certified profe - ssional.Good understanding of business product and process flows and product lif - ecycles.Has implementation experience in medium to large scale p - rojects.Able to work independently with minimal supe - rvision.Able to work and organize with sense of urgency under multiple de - adlines.Able to multi-task and prioritize under - stress.Able to lead and guide team members under - charge.Adept in project management experience is pr - eferred.Well-verse in client output, cost and fee in Avaloq pr - eferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving - skills.Willing to learn and able to adapt to different techn - ologies.Self-motivated, responsible and reliable team - player.Communicates well & across all levels.
