Manhattan Communications is looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Intern to join our design team. As an intern, you will work on real projects and gain hands-on experience in designing engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to kick-start their careers in UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma
- Work with the design system to ensure consistency across screens
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers
- Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs accordingly
- Contribute to real-time design projects and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and collaboration tools
- Understanding of a design system and ability to maintain consistency across screens
- Strong design fundamentals – visual hierarchy, typography, interaction design principles
- An impressive portfolio showcasing UI work, preferably with real projects or case studies
- Good communication skills to work closely with stakeholders and align on feedback quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

- Students or recent graduates in Design, HCI, or related fields
- Basic understanding of UX research and user flows
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively
