About the Role

We're looking for a passionate UX/UI Intern to join our product team at Closer Control. If you love turning ideas into clean, functional interfaces and want to build design systems that power a fast-growing real estate CRM, this is your chance.

What You'll Do

1. Design Exploration

• Sketch wireframes and low-fidelity concepts for new product features and landing pages

• Research competitor UI/UX flows and compile references

2. Prototyping

• Build interactive mockups using Figma or Adobe XD

• Design responsive layouts across mobile, tablet, and desktop

3. Collaboration

• Join regular standups and design syncs with product & engineering

• Support marketing with visual assets like banners, email layouts, etc.

4. Feedback & Iteration

• Present design drafts for internal review

• Iterate on feedback from stakeholders and test users

5. Design Documentation

• Maintain clean, organized design files with reusable components

• Prepare handoff-ready files with specs and design annotations

6. User Research Support

• Assist with user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions

• Help document insights and apply them to product improvements

7. Brand Consistency

• Ensure visual consistency across the product using brand colors, fonts, and spacing

• Help refine and maintain our design system

What We're Looking For

• Experience with mockups and visual design tools (Figma or Adobe XD)

• Strong prototyping and basic front-end design knowledge

• Good understanding of user-centered design principles

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

• Bonus: Exposure to the real estate industry or CRM tools

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
