Role Description

What are we looking for -
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts effectively.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and execution.
- Minimum availability for 3 Months in-office in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
What You will be doing-
- Educate clients on StampMyVisas products and services to enhance their experience.
- Reach out to potential B2B clients via cold calling & other channels.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on outreach and sales activities
- Provide information and address client queries regarding upcoming & ongoing Visa orders.
- Coordinate effectively with internal & external stakeholders, including the Visa operations team, Accounts , Vendors & Travel agencies.
