Role Snapshot
We are looking for energetic and curious individuals to join our to join our team at SEEPZ, Andheri (E), Mumbai as Inside Sales Interns/Trainees. This is a Launchpad for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to dive into strategic outreach and business development.
You will be responsible for building prospect databases, reaching out to senior decision-makers, and delivering a persuasive first-level pitch, with the clear goal of setting up maximum relevant first-level meetings with our sales and product teams
What You will Be Doing:
- Research and build high-quality prospect lists using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Initiate outreach via calls and emails, engaging with senior management-level professionals across industries
- Deliver a clear, compelling pitch that introduces Genesys offerings and sparks interest
- Set up qualified first-level meetings with internal sales/product teams
- Stay agile, learn fast, absorb industry context, and get up to speed on our offerings and initiatives
Who You Are
- A recent graduate or postgraduate from any discipline, or someone with 0-2 years of experience in outreach, data research, or sales
- A quick learner who can grasp new concepts and industry nuances rapidly
- Someone with excellent verbal and written English communication skills - this is absolutely essential
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other CRM or data platforms
Organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a fast-moving team
