Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, conducting market research, and preparing proposals. The individual will also be tasked with negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - Business Development and Negotiation skills - Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills - Market Research and Analytical skills - Project Management and Coordination skills - Experience in the construction industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field - Ability to work on-site in Chennai
