Role: GeM Executive

Location: Jaipur (with occasional travel if required)

Type: Full-time | Government Business | Portal & Tender Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Track, evaluate, and respond to bids/tenders on the GeM portal
- Coordinate with government procurement officials for clarification, documentation, and follow-ups
- Liaise with top IT brands to secure brand approvals and authorizations for GeM listings
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with eligibility requirements
- Maintain updated product listings, pricing, and certifications on the GeM platform
- Maintain organized records of tenders, responses, approvals, and communications
- Provide regular reporting on bidding status, win/loss metrics, and upcoming opportunities

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

- 0–3 years' experience working on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal
- Strong understanding of public procurement workflows and compliance requirements
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with government stakeholders
- Experience in IT hardware products preferred (not mandatory)
- Attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership mindset
