Tender Search (GEM) & Bid Preparation Technical & Price Bid.
- E-Tendering/E-Bidding/Reverse Auctions/Live Auctions
- Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid
- Submit the documents in stipulated time limits
- Coordinate with the respective dept. and document the progress of the tender process
- Collection of EMD and Follow up for payments
- Vendor Registration
- Maintaining customer relationship with existing/new clients
- Back end and support to sales department/sales support
- Tracking status of Tenders & Offers
- Maintaining the documentation of the tenders.

Develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications ( for Overseas whole sale customer)

Resolve customer issues in accurate and timely manner.

Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts ( primarily for overseas clients)

Ensure that every Export Order shall be initiated through checklist or special instruction sheet in order to provide accurate deliverables to the customers..

Co-ordinate with CHA/s (Custom Housing Agents) for all wholesale export orders for shipping formalities and price negotiations.

Follow up with customers for the orders.

Follow up with factory, purchase department for the order and timely dispatches.

Responsible for documentation to be sent to Bank, CHA or customers for all export orders.

Arrange to make timely dispatches of export Orders.

Communicate with the customer in case of any delays or technical issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
