**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tender Identification**: Actively identify and assess government tenders and procurement opportunities that align with [Your Startup Company Name]'s expertise and capabilities.

**Bid Preparation**: Prepare and submit bids and proposals for government tenders. This includes understanding the scope, terms, and conditions of each tender and ensuring compliance with all requirements.

**GEM Compliance**: Ensure all submissions on the GEM platform adhere to GEM's guidelines and requirements, including the accurate filling of forms, uploading of documents, and adherence to deadlines.

**Document Review**: Carefully review tender documents, evaluate technical specifications, and confirm eligibility criteria and evaluation parameters.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, technical, and legal teams) to gather necessary information and documentation required for tender submissions.

**Deadline Management**: Track and manage submission deadlines and ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of all tender submissions, addressing discrepancies and inconsistencies.

**Post-Submission Follow-up**: After submission, diligently follow up on the status of tenders, addressing queries and clarifications as needed.

**Vendor Registration**: Assist in maintaining [Your Startup Company Name]'s registration on the GEM platform and other relevant government procurement portals.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and regulations related to tenders and contracts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, public administration).
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and GEM guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for tender management.
- Understanding of relevant industry and sector.
- Knowledge of government rules, policies, and regulations related to tendering.
