Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Meerut for a Sales Team Lead. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, managing and leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting company targets. The Sales Team Lead will also analyze sales performance, provide feedback to team members, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the region. Qualifications - Strong Team Management and leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate the sales team - Proven Customer Service and Communication abilities to build positive relationships with clients and resolve concerns effectively - Solid Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and develop data-driven strategies - Prior experience in food and beverages or a related retail industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
