We are identifying a delivery leader to lead a team to manage infra-services projects/programs within the expected timeline & budget. Overseeing team and ensuring effective and efficient delivery & responsible for infrastructure portfolio. Ability to work on Tech solutions for transformation projects, data center migration, vendor to vendor migration.
What You'll Do
- Must possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Infrastructure Programs
- Must have strong knowledge of the technology & processes (Data Center, Storage, Networking, Security) and ITIL Processes
- Should have proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer Infrastructure portfolio with 24x7 operations, including large fixed-cost programs and large transitions/transformations
- Collaborative mindset: should be able to collaborate for cross-selling with Vertical Teams to grow Infrastructure business
- Must provide hands-on leadership to large-deal pursuits: Guide & work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation
- People Leadership Development: Proven leadership toward building and grooming the next 2 levels of delivery leaders
- Operational Efficiency: Track & control operational parameters with attention to detail. Work with Engineering Partners and other Business Units to ensure that opportunities and projects are supported with the right talent and deliverables.
- The candidate should be able to lead a high-growth portfolio of USD 15 million to USD 20 million, a significant portion of which will come from winning new deals. Responsible for meeting revenue targets for the unit with a strong focus on growth
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation leveraging data-driven project management and governance. Be responsible for ESAT and CSAT
- Must demonstrate a high growth mindset. Evangelize practice offerings and up-sell / cross-sell offerings and services among delivery units and clients. Ensure margin and other operational parameters are in line with roll-outs & organization norms.
