Role Overview
This is a commission-based International Sales role suited for individuals who are confident communicators, proactive in generating leads, and skilled in closing deals. You will work remotely and independently, with full flexibility, and your income will be directly tied to your performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels
2. Pitching Services: Clearly present and explain iGlobal Impulso's offerings to prospects
3. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
4. Product Demos: Conduct virtual presentations and walkthroughs of our services
5. Closing Deals: Convert leads into paying clients and maintain ongoing client relationships
Compensation Structure
1. Revenue Sharing Model based entirely on commission
2. Commission is calculated monthly based on total sales generated
3. No cap on earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn
Ideal Candidate
1. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or client acquisition
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
4. Comfortable with remote tools and virtual presentations
5. Prior experience selling to international markets is a plus
