About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified leads through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with B2B or B2C lead generation campaigns, marketing automation tools, and data-driven optimization to achieve measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email, etc.). - Manage paid media campaigns to generate high-quality leads with a strong focus on ROI. - Build and maintain landing pages, forms, and funnels that convert visitors into leads. - Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals. - Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI. - Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. - Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in lead generation. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.). - Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, or similar). - Experience with email marketing, remarketing, and conversion optimization. - Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities. - Creative thinker who can develop innovative lead generation strategies. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint. - Experience in B2B SaaS, IT, or digital service industries. - Familiarity with content marketing and inbound lead generation strategies.
