Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our EPC division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our EPC projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the EPC industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Develop and execute client retention strategies to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and exceptional customer service.
• Marketing Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns. Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote our EPC services. Develop and maintain the company's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing. Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize results.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to drive business growth and operational excellence. Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the EPC industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong knowledge of the EPC industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
