Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Managers to lead growth in the AP & Telegana market. This role will focus on theK12 education sector(school chains, private institutions) andcorporate clients(training rooms, boardrooms, meeting spaces). The candidate will be based out of our Hyderabad office and will be working from base location across the stateand will report to the Zonal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, target, and close sales with K12 schools, colleges, and corporates.
- Deliver impactful product demos and presentations to CXOs, Principals, IT Heads, and Procurement Managers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with institutional accounts for repeat and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and training.

Requirements

- 46 years of proven sales experience in EdTech / AV solutions / IT hardware.
- Demonstrated success in closing institutional or corporate deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and nearby districts.
