Job Title Key Account Manager Sales Recruitment Industry Recruitment Staffing Location Noida Sec 63 On-Site Responsibilities Client Interaction Engage with clients via social media platforms and professional networks such as LinkedIn to build relationships and explore business opportunities Client Acquisition Retention Identify potential clients develop new business relationships and maintain long-term partnerships with both existing and new clients Requirement Understanding Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their staffing needs recruitment goals and other business objectives Business Development Work closely with management to set sales goals plan strategies and forecast revenue Maintain a business development plan for both short-term and long-term objectives Key Account Leadership Lead and manage key client accounts acting as the main point of escalation and providing high-level support to ensure smooth client engagement Customer Experience Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience underpinned by excellence in customer service Client Retention Nurturing Focus on client retention by developing and nurturing existing relationships ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with services Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in sales and recruitment within the staffing industry Strong understanding of social media and professional networks particularly LinkedIn Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term client relationships and understand client needs Leadership abilities to manage and escalate client issues when required Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain and execute business development plans Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence Note If you are shortlisted we will contact you for further discussion Job Type Full TimeJob Location Noida
