We're looking for a hungry, street-smart hustler to lead sales & distribution at Bubz. This role isn't about sitting behind a desk — it's about getting Bubz cans into hands. You'll own retail entry, e-commerce growth, quick commerce tie-ups, café/gym partnerships, and ground-level activations.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new account acquisition across retail, gyms, cafés, and restaurants.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, etc.).
• Ensure smooth supply chain coordination with ops for stock, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop and execute on-ground sales strategies to drive visibility and offtake.
• Track performance, analyze sales data, and report back with clear action plans.
• Work closely with marketing to sync sales pushes with campaigns and activations.
What We're Looking For
• 1–4 years of sales/distribution experience in FMCG, beverages, or D2C brands (startup experience a plus).
• Strong network with retailers, distributors, or Q-commerce buyers is a big edge.
• Hustler mentality — comfortable with targets, rejections, and building markets from scratch.
• Analytical + execution mindset — knows how to close deals and track numbers.
• Mumbai-based, flexible to travel for market development.
