Job Summary The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence improve marketing efforts and achieve business goals This role involves creating engaging content managing community interaction analyzing performance data and staying current with social media trends and best practices Key Responsibilities Strategy Planning Develop implement and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms e g Facebook Instagram X Twitter LinkedIn TikTok YouTube Define the most important social media KPIs Key Performance Indicators and measure the success of campaigns Collaborate with Marketing Sales and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and aligned campaigns Content Creation Management Plan create schedule and publish engaging high-quality and relevant content text images video that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives Oversee the design and production of visual assets with the design team or independently if applicable Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts Community Management Engagement Monitor and manage all social media channels responding to comments messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Foster an active and engaged community by initiating conversations and building relationships with followers and key influencers Identify and engage with relevant user-generated content UGC Performance Monitoring Reporting Use analytical tools e g Google Analytics platform insights to track measure and analyze performance across all social media channels Prepare regular reports on campaign performance key metrics and overall ROI Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Advertising Campaigns Optional As required Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns e g Facebook Ads Instagram Promoted Posts Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to optimize performance Stay Up-to-Date Continuously monitor social media trends tools applications channels design and strategy Research and recommend new social media platforms and technologies Qualifications Requirements Experience Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive Social Media Specialist or similar role Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field preferred Skills Excellent consulting writing editing photo video text presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social media analytics tools e g Hootsuite Sprout Social platform native insights Basic knowledge of SEO keyword research and Google Analytics Familiarity with web design and publishing e g WordPress is a plus Basic graphic design e g Canva and video editing skills are a bonus Personal Attributes A proactive organized and detail-oriented approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills A passion for all things digital and social media Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
