Job Title Social Media Executive Location Thane Job Type Full Time About the Institute YuHasPro is a leading IT training institute offering professional courses in software development cloud computing data science cybersecurity and emerging technologies We aim to empower students with industry-ready skills and hands-on knowledge We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence Job Summary The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning creating publishing and analyzing content across all social media platforms The ideal candidate should be creative tech-savvy and passionate about engaging with students and promoting IT education Key Responsibilities Content Creation Management Create engaging content for social media platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube Twitter etc Develop graphics short videos reels stories and promotional posts Write compelling captions hashtags and copy tailored to the target audience Social Media Strategy Plan and implement monthly social media calendars Run campaigns for course launches events webinars and student success stories Suggest improvements to increase followers engagement and brand awareness Community Engagement Respond to comments messages and queries promptly Engage with the student community influencers and industry groups Share student testimonials achievements and institute updates Advertising Analytics Manage paid promotions and ads across Meta Google and LinkedIn Track and analyze performance metrics reach impressions engagement leads Prepare weekly monthly reports and propose optimization strategies Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team trainers and academic staff Coordinate for event coverage photography and content collection Requirements Education Experience Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Mass Communication IT or related field 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management preferably in the education or IT sector Skills Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms Basic graphic design skills Canva Adobe tools preferred Video editing skills CapCut Premiere Pro etc Excellent communication and copywriting skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of IT education and technology trends is a plus Key Qualities Creative mindset Attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated Ability to work independently and in a team Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
