We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who understands digital storytelling and can build a strong online presence for brands The ideal candidate will have experience in planning strategising and executing social media communication that drives engagement awareness and growth Responsibilities Develop and implement platform-wise social media strategies to build brand visibility and engagement Create curate and manage content across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube and other relevant platforms Maintain consistency in brand voice messaging and visual identity across all content Plan monthly social media calendars in collaboration with design strategy and marketing teams Monitor performance analytics and optimise content based on insights and trends Stay updated with the latest platform updates social media trends formats and algorithm changes Manage community engagement comments messages interactions and ORM when required Ideate and support campaign development with creative concepts and digital-first ideas Coordinate with designers writers and internal teams to deliver high-quality content on time Ensure timely posting scheduling and reporting of content Track industry trends competitor activities and emerging formats to keep the brand ahead Multitask effectively manage deadlines and incorporate feedback constructively Must Haves Minimum 4-6 years of experience in social media management agency experience preferred Strong understanding of platform behaviour content formats and social media best practices Excellent communication copywriting and creative thinking abilities Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable strategies Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or understanding of creative briefs A portfolio or proof of work showcasing social media content or campaigns Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Thane Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your expected CTC What is your current notice period How many years of agency experience do you have in the said position Work Location In person
