About the Role SolvenHub is seeking a skilled and energetic Social Media Manager to join our in-office team in India The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing social media platforms understanding analytics and handling e-commerce platforms like eBay and Amazon The candidate should also be well-versed in Excel reporting and data management Key Responsibilities Manage daily content on all major social media platforms Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube LinkedIn etc Plan schedule and publish high-quality posts reels stories and campaigns Monitor analytics track performance and create weekly monthly reports Respond to comments DMs and engage with the audience to increase brand visibility Create effective social media strategies to grow followers reach and engagement Coordinate with the graphic design content team to maintain brand consistency Manage e-commerce store listings and updates on platforms such as eBay Amazon Shopify etc Work on product uploads title optimization keyword research and store maintenance Handle Excel-based reports data management tracking sheets and performance records Follow trends hashtags competitor activities and industry insights to keep content updated Required Skills Qualifications 2-5 years of proven experience in social media management Strong understanding of Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube other platforms Experience working with e-commerce platforms like eBay Amazon Shopify Etsy etc Proficiency in Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Table Data Sorting Cleaning Good communication skills English mandatory Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Basic understanding of social media ads and promotions preferred Creativity attention to detail and ability to work independently What We Offer Competitive salary based on skills and experience Growth opportunity within the company A supportive work culture and professional environment Training and development opportunities Long-term stable career for the right candidate Working Schedule Work From Office - Full Time Days Monday to Saturday Working Hour 9-10hr Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 244 26 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Paid sick time
