Job Description 1. Sales Revenue Generation - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize sales processes for efficiency. 2. Key Account Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients. - Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and customized solutions. 3. Sales Promotion - Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with brand goals. 4. New Customer Development & Conversion - Identify potential customers and new market segments. - Lead customer acquisition initiatives and convert leads into active clients. 5. Analytical Reasoning - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to inform decision-making. - Prepare reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and performance reviews. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in B2B sales within the electrical industry. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.
