Position: Business Development Manager CMS/LMS Product & RupsTech Education System
Experience: 3+ Years in B2B Sales (Education Sector)
Location Preference: Bangalore / On Site
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for our LMS product within the education sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients such as schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate L&D teams.
- Build strong client relationships, manage negotiations, and close deals.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B product sales in the education sector (mandatory).
- Strong network and understanding of the education ecosystem in India.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and at least one local language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam preferred).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
