We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive and Team Lead to oversee our HR operations and lead a talented team. This role is crucial in shaping our HR strategies, managing recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient operations and support to all employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth process from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR practices.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and support data-driven decision making.

Skills and Qualifications

- 7-12 years of experience in HR management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and develop HR team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards.
- Experience in performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
