
HR Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead and support HR projects that focus on people transitions, particularly during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating resources, managing stakeholder communications, and optimizing processes to ensure the success of people transition efforts. They will work closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient transitions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects related to people transition.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure all project milestones are met.
- Oversee the coordination of HR resources across multiple teams to support key activities during transitions.
- Act as the main point of contact between HR and other departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and status reports to HR leadership and executive teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, focus on HR functions in M&A, divestiture, or corporate restructuring environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, organizational development, and change management strategies.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is preferred.
- Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing complex, high-stakes projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
