Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client requirements and design scalable HR digital solutions.
  • Drive proposal excellence through strong storytelling and visualization.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver business value and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to implement digital initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in HR domain with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Digital transformation, automation (UiPath, Power Automate), analytics (Power BI, Tableau) knowledge.
  • Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
