Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant

Description: As a specialist in digital HR solutions, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable HR digital solutions. The role involves analyzing client requirements, designing innovative solutions, driving proposal excellence, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and consult on HR digital transformation solutions (Recruitment, Payroll, Performance, Benefits).
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution architecture.
  • Prepare and deliver RFP/RFI responses and proposals with strong storytelling and visualization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, simplifying complex concepts into business value.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to implement digital initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong HR domain expertise with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, automation (UiPath, Power Automate), analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation (especially PowerPoint) skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
