Job Title Sales Executive - Electrical Solutions Panel Systems Department Sales Marketing Location Greater Noida PAN India As per business need Reporting To Sales Manager Director Company Overview Global Electrical Controls Pvt Ltd is a leading ISO 9001 2008 CPRI certified company offering complete electrical solutions We specialize in the design and manufacturing of LT panels power quality solutions and advanced energy management systems As a proud channel partner of Mitsubishi Electric we deliver cutting-edge and customized electrical infrastructure for industries commercial establishments and institutions Job Objective To generate new leads build client relationships and drive sales of electrical panels LT HT solutions and power quality products such as Static VAR Generators Active Harmonic Filters and LT CTs Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients and business opportunities in targeted segments Builders Consultants Industries Educational Institutions etc Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned regions Understand client requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with the design estimation team Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation technical discussion negotiation and closure Visit project sites consultants and electrical contractors regularly to build long-term relationships Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and new product developments Represent the company in exhibitions trade shows and technical seminars Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred 1-2 years Fresher of experience in B2B sales of electrical products panels or industrial equipment Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented approach Ability to understand technical drawings and electrical schematics is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint and CRM tools Compensation Fixed Salary As per industry standards Incentives Attractive performance-based incentives Additional Perks Travel allowance mobile reimbursement and performance rewards Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
