helping us conserve precious resources serve our patients create value for stakeholders give back to society fulfil our potential and maintain our integrity and transparency Dr Reddy s maintains a work environment free from discrimination and is an equal opportunity employer We are committed to employ nurture all qualified diverse workforce without regard to race colour religion nationality sex age disability status genetics sexual orientation gender expression citizenship or any other characteristic or classification protected by applicable law s of the country we operate in We treasure every talent and recognize merit and diversity in our organization Job Summary Responsible for identifying and securing licensing and alliance opportunities to fill portfolio gaps driving business growth through strategic partnerships Develops and evaluates business cases ensures governance and profitability tracking and leads project execution from planning to launch while mitigating risks effectively Roles Responsibilities You will be responsible for identifying and securing candidates for licensing and alliances to address portfolio gaps and launch line extensions for existing brands You will be responsible for conducting market research attending conferences and monitoring competitor portfolios and proposals from drug development companies to identify opportunities You will be responsible for coordinating with experts to evaluate products under consideration for acquisition licensing distribution localization or other collaborations You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive business cases for potential projects and aligning them with internal stakeholders You will be responsible for contributing to the finalization of term sheets and agreements ensuring commercial viability You will be responsible for leading strategic projects including planning resource allocation progress tracking and maintaining documentation You will be responsible for monitoring deal profitability and raising timely alarms to renegotiate key commercial terms with partners as needed You will be responsible for proactively identifying risks in projects and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies toensure successful outcomes Qualifications Educational Qualification Post Graduation in pharmacy MBA preferred Graduation in Science preferred Minimum Work Experience 5 years 7 years experience within pharma industry Skills Attributes Critical Exposures Functional Skills Account Management Partner Relationship Management Pricing Strategies Contract Management Due Diligence Business Development Deal Structuring Investment Analysis Resident Skills Product Knowledge Project Management Business Negotiation Market Intelligence Behavioural Skills Insight-to-Action Thinking -
