DEPARTMENT / FUNCTIONAL AREA OF THE JOB: Sales /Business Development- Inside Sales

SHIFT HOURS: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

DESIGNATION:Sales Associate ( Fresher - 3.4 Years of Work Experience)

SALARY: Rs. 25,000/ Month Rs. 35,000/Month ( Salary can vary based on experience, interview, and last in hand withdrawn.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Connecting to people who are already working and helping them choose programs that can enhance their careers.

2.Calling people from a list and convincing them to join our programs.

3.Telling professionals about our management courses that match their needs.

4.Keeping in touch with candidates by follow-up calls, sending them emails, and connecting them.

5.Keeping track of all the people interested in our programs.

6.Making sure to reach the monthly targets set for sales.

7.Following the steps before and after making a sale.

8.Working well with the team to sell more.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1.Good communication skills in English and Hindi

2.Able to motivate yourself and aim to achieve your goals.

3.Passion for sales.

4.Can adjust to a competitive environment and learn from it.

LOCATION OF THE JOB:

Delhi/ Noida/ Gurugram/ Bangalore/ Mumbai
